Our PRIME Values

About
Prime Clinical Nursing
At Prime Clinical Nursing, we believe great healthcare is about much more than medical support alone. It’s about helping people remain connected to the life they love — within their own homes, communities, and daily routines.
We see clinical care as the quiet and steady foundation that empowers participants to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Through compassionate nursing support, clinical expertise, and person-centred care, our team works closely alongside participants, families, and support networks to provide safe, high-quality services tailored to individual needs.
Our focus is always on supporting participants to put their energy into what matters most — goals, hobbies, relationships, and living life on their own terms.
Our Purpose
Prime Clinical Nursing Pty Ltd was established with a vision to bridge the gap between clinical care and community living.
Our goal is to provide expert nursing insight that supports independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.
As a nurse-led organisation, we understand that every participant’s journey is different. We take pride in delivering personalised support that respects each individual’s goals, routines, preferences, and aspirations.

Over 50 Years of Combined Care & Shared Vision

Rozier Reyes | Clinical Consultant / Director
RN, BN (AHPRA: NMW0002069705)
Welcome to our community!
We are glad you are here, and we welcome you to a space built on care, safety, and encouragement. Our organisation is guided by three dedicated clinical leaders who bring over 50 years of combined nursing and healthcare experience to your NDIS journey.
Our leadership team is made up of passionate, AHPRA-registered nurses who have spent years caring for people in local settings like Gold Coast University Hospital, as well as multiple residential aged care communities across Australia and New Zealand. With a shared background that includes medical training, postgraduate studies in healthcare leadership, and practical skills in neurology care and health safety, we work together to give you and your family genuine peace of mind. We are here to listen, support your goals, and provide reliable, everyday care you can trust.
Michelle is an Australian-trained Registered Nurse and is a dedicated leader with over 24 years of clinical and operational experience. As Finance Director, she uses her medical background and healthcare insights to support our organisation's business needs—thoughtfully balancing strategic financial care and quality safeguards with careful fiscal responsibility.
Guided by qualifications across Nursing, Medicine, Community Sector Management, Training and Assessment, and Infection Control, Michelle focuses on supportive clinical governance and managing healthcare funding frameworks (including AN-ACC optimisation). Drawing on her recent experience as a Residential Manager at a premier Residential Aged Care Facility and as a Clinical Nurse at Gold Coast University Hospital, she works quietly behind the scenes to safeguard our organisation's sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Michelle is deeply committed to managing our resources thoughtfully to support exceptional choices for high-needs participants, ensuring every plan is backed by complete openness and total financial transparency.

Rozier brings over 10 years of hands-on nursing experience to our NDIS team, spanning acute hospital care and residential settings. Having spent many years caring for people in the Neurology Inpatient Unit, she understands how to balance technical clinical safety with deeply compassionate, person-centred support.
After completing her Bachelor of Nursing at Griffith University, Riza focused her career on complex healthcare management and safety governance. Her practical clinical experience includes acute neurological care, tracheostomy support, enteral/PEG feeding, and managing complex diabetes and wounds. As Clinical Consultant and Director, Riza uses her medical background to review support plans, maintain high safety standards, and ensure our services fit seamlessly into your everyday life. She works closely with your wider healthcare team to provide reliable, safe care that respects your choices, honours your control, and helps you live as independently as possible.
Ned brings over 17 years of varied clinical experience and hands-on leadership to our NDIS team. As an AHPRA-registered nurse, his background spans complex clinical care and health auditing, which helps him seamlessly balance clinical safety with everyday, compassionate support.
Ned has a strong focus on care safety, NDIS compliance, and team training, drawing from his previous role as a Senior Tutor helping to guide and evaluate internationally qualified nurses. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing from the University of Auckland, specialising in leadership, change management, and advanced assessment.
Ned uses this training to build safe, reliable care structures for our participants. His clinical background includes physical health assessments, wound care, and supportive strategies for complex behaviours (BPSD). Ned is dedicated to making sure our team provides high-quality, welcoming support that respects your choices, honours your control, and helps you achieve your goals.
